records will be maintained until a retrieval request is received
via Web-Chart secure web site. (HIPAA compliant) Once the request
has been made our trained staff will retrieve the document and scan
only the information requested. Once the scanning process is complete
you will be notified that the information has been posted to a secure
web site location for your viewing. (Exceeds all HIPAA requirements)
At this point the information can be viewed, printed and saved
locally at any time from the secure web site.
